I know that yoga is not for everyone but...it is a way that I can give back and support the well-being of others working in a career that I have loved for a long time.  As part of my commitment to well-being in education I pledge to teach 6 free yoga classes in the academic year 2026/27.  These will be completely free of charge based on the following conditions:

• They are applied for by the headteacher or a school leader in your school.

• Your school will provide your hall free of charge on the agreed time and date arranged.

• Staff/school will provide their own mats.

• Any health conditions of the participants are declared in advance of the class in order for me to be prepared on the day.

• You must be a UK school.

All classes are fully insured.
