Supervision

Well-being Workshops

Supervision in schools is a structured, regular, and confidential process—distinct from appraisal or line management—that provides educators with a safe space for reflection, emotional support and professional development. It is a collaborative, non-judgmental dialogue,  designed to help those working with children, to see their situation more clearly, manage complex cases and improve their teaching practices. By fostering a culture of mutual support, this practice aims to enhance professional well-being, prevent burnout and ultimately, ensure higher quality outcomes for students. It aims to reduce barriers faced by school staff in order to enable them to safeguard children and unlock their potential more effectively.

Supervision is available both face to face or online and on an individual or small group basis.  It can be can be booked separately or as part of a whole school well-being package.

Our well-being workshops are all about recognising the sources of stress on leaders and teachers and connecting you and your staff to your full potential.  By understanding the science of stress and its impact on us mentally, physically, socially and organisationally, we explore knowledge and strategies that you could implement to enable positive change and reduce burn out.

 

The impact of stress on school staff can be felt by the whole school - including its pupils.  By supporting staff well-being, schools can improve pupils quality and enjoyment of learning and foster an ethos where all are valued.  Enabling school staff to flourish, enables pupils to flourish.

Full day, twilight or staff meeting INSET or workshops can be booked separately or as part of a whole school well-being package. Also available to corporate clients as a staff training workshop.

Life Coaching

Corporate Yoga

Life coaching is a collaborative, action-oriented partnership designed to help individuals bridge the gap between their current circumstances and their desired future in areas such as career, relationships and personal growth. Unlike therapy, which often addresses past trauma or mental health conditions, life coaching uses questioning, active listening and goal-setting strategies to help clients identify self-limiting beliefs, build accountability and enhance their overall performance and fulfillment. Through structured conversations, coaching empowers clients to create actionable, tailored strategies that foster self-awareness, improve decision-making and create sustainable, long-term changes.

 

Sessions can be booked face to face or online and can be separate or part of a well-being package for both schools and corporate clients.

Yoga is often described as a "union" of body, mind and spirit, designed to create holistic health and tranquility through a combination of physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama) and meditation. Rooted in philosophy, it has evolved into a global practice that reduces stress, increases flexibility and fosters mindfulness by calming the mind’s mental chatter and fostering self-awareness. While many styles exist—ranging from intense, flowing workouts to restorative, relaxing sessions—the ultimate goal of yoga is to foster self-discipline, balance and a peaceful state of being.  It therefore reduces stress and enhances well-being.

A Corporate Yoga class brings your team together, shows you support their well-being and provides a practical but fun way to reduce stress. You can book a one off class or a series of classes for your team.  They can also be included as part of a well-being package.
